Smart Investments, Sustainable Returns

Eco-Innovations in Tunisia

Tunisia offers a unique investment opportunity through an integrated strategic project that enhances industrial production, logistics, and renewable energy. The core of this initiative is the development of an eco-friendly cement plant in Béja with an annual capacity of 1.2 million tons, utilizing the Best Available Technology (B.A.T.) for sustainable production. The project has secured 800 hectares of high-quality limestone reserves under a 50-year renewable concession, with an estimated investment of $260–330 million.

To ensure efficient export logistics, a modern eco-seaport in Bizerte has been approved under Tunisia’s first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. This $210–250 million investment will serve not only the cement industry but also other mineral exporters, significantly improving Tunisia’s trade infrastructure.

Additionally, a solar street light manufacturing facility will be established to produce 300,000 units annually, integrating advanced Austrian photovoltaic technology. This $30 million project aligns with global sustainability trends and meets the growing demand for smart, energy-efficient lighting solutions.

The promoter is seeking a strategic partner with 25–30% equity investment to co-develop these projects. Investors benefit from tax advantages, international financial grants, and Tunisia’s strategic location as a gateway between Europe and Africa.
